The common job is an upsize - a first home in Roxburgh Park to something larger in Greenvale or Mickleham, often with a settlement date that moves. We would rather hold a tentative booking and confirm it late than have you lose a slot because a bank was slow.
The other common one is the opposite end: clearing a parent's house, where half of it is going to family, some is going to charity and the rest is going to the tip. We can sort that into three destinations in a day rather than asking you to do the dividing beforehand.
