Garage clear-outs, end-of-lease piles and deceased estates. We do the loading - you don't lift anything.

A skip bin sits on your driveway for a week, you fill it yourself, and you pay for the whole bin whether you fill it or not. We turn up, load it ourselves, and you pay for the space it actually takes. For most garage and shed clear-outs that works out cheaper, and nobody has to spend a Saturday dragging a wardrobe down a driveway.
The jobs we do most are end-of-lease clear-outs, where whatever is left behind is the difference between getting the bond back and not; garage, shed and yard clean-ups before a property goes on the market; and deceased estates, which need a different kind of day entirely - sorting what goes to family, what goes to charity and what goes to the tip, without anyone being rushed through it.
Everything goes to a licensed transfer station. What can be separated for recycling - metal, clean timber, whitegoods, cardboard - gets separated, because it costs less to dispose of that way and it is the right thing to do with it anyway.
Lounges, mattresses, wardrobes and the desk nobody wants to carry down the stairs.
Fridges, washers, dryers and old televisions, separated for recycling where possible.
Tools, timber, old fencing, bikes, and the accumulated contents of a decade.
Whatever is left after the move, cleared before the final inspection.
Sorted into keep, donate and dispose, at a pace that suits the family.
Old workstations, chairs and filing cabinets after a fit-out or a move.
Asbestos, chemicals, paint, fuel, gas bottles, car batteries and medical waste. These need licensed disposal that is not what we do - tell us if you have any and we will point you at who handles it properly rather than quietly leaving it behind.
Not necessarily. If the items are accessible and you have told us clearly what is going, we can do it without you there and send photos when it is clear.
Often, yes - especially in Melbourne's north and west, since we are based in Tullamarine. Worth a call even if it is short notice.
By the space it takes on the truck and the labour to load it, quoted after a quick consultation. Photos on your phone are usually enough for us to give you a real number.
